Are we able to book online or face-to-face meetings?
Yes we are. We are very close to our customers. We try our best to support and assure them of our services. We are able to do online bookings with ease, and may be able to offer face-to-face meetings.
Do I have to be in Nottingham or the United Kingdom to work with us?
No. You can hire us regardless of your location.
Can I change my package or amend services later?
Yes. Most of the time, it is okay for you to switch your package or amend the service details. We would need for you to contact us regarding this.
Do I legally own the rights to my services or work?
Yes. As long as there are no outstanding balances or fees of the original service, you assume ownership over our digital product(s) and service(s). For contractual or hosting based services, you would again assume ownership e.g. domain, but we would retain control over the server.
Do I legally own the rights to all stock or licensed content?
Not all of them. We have a great range of media content that belongs to us. We allow our customers to use this content as long as it is not redistributed or profited of individually. For the majority of the content used on our website services, the media content used is stock or licensed to us privately. In such cases, we recommend that you attain your own content. We also recommend this as actual media taken from the business or organization results in professional aesthetics.
Do I legally own the rights when I cancel services?
Yes. As long as there are no outstanding balances or fees of the, we will provide all the digital content, files, access, and information that we have access to.
Do I get access to my services?
Yes. We will provide access where we can and it does not jeopardize security protocols in place. This includes access to the website, social media and statistics for services. We highly recommend not sharing this access with anyone else as it can conflict our work efforts.
Do we provide a printing press service for Graphic services?
No, we do not. We can recommend local and national companies we use ourselves for our customers. We cannot be held liable or responsible for events that occur with the recommended companies.
Can you get my business to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise this. We wanted to make this clear as a lot of companies make false claims and promises, then revert to blaming the customer. Google have themselves denied this possibility. Search Engines like Google rank websites according to a number of factors. At DEVCHIEF, we do our best to make sure all of the Search Engine’s boxes are ticked and the right methods are being used. This way, we know we are doing the maximum to increase the rank of your business in the listings.
Can I get my services done cheaper elsewhere?
Yes, but there are give and takes. We’re brutally honest and hold our standards high, that is why we and our clients are successful. There are a lot of companies which will charge incredibly low prices, but the work effort will lack. This is always the case. We have met a ton of customers with services made by cheaper companies that have little to no effect on their business. We do not hide or split our services, so you’re getting everything you can possibly get in your chosen service.
Can I choose multiple services in one go?
Yes. We encourage our customers to take a look at related services so they can best maximize their business’ growth.
Can I get individual services instead of choosing many?
Yes of course. It is totally up to you which service(s) you wish to hire. We can always recommend the services we believe you would benefit from based on your niche. For example, not all marketing strategies work for all businesses.
What is the refund policy?
Our refund policy states that we can issue a full refund as long as 24 hours has not surpassed from the point of time the service has been signed or initiated. This protects our work efforts as we begin the services immediately after the payment.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments via the online payment gateways PayPal and Stripe, directly via bank transfer, and in some cases cash.
Do we provide hosting and domain solutions?
Yes we do. We can setup a web hosting server based on your needs. While we strongly recommend that you retain the domain, we are more than happy to acquire the domain ourselves. This question is expanded on the next question in our Supplementary Support section.
Do I get support after services and what is Supplementary Support?
The Mandatory Support we provide is a pro-customer scheme we have to support our customers after a work has been completed. This is for minor amendments of services.
For Graphic Services, we provide a mandatory support period for 14 days.
For Website Services, we provide a mandatory support period for 28 days.
‘Supplementary Support’ is premium pro-customer scheme we have for Website Services. It is not necessary but we strongly recommend it to customers who are not tech-savvy or require support over long periods.
- We will host your website using our privately rented servers or require access to the back-end / technical side of the website.
- We can hold your domain address (we would recommend you retain access to the domain).
- We handle all technical aspects of the website including updating and maintenance.
- We handle the email system and can create, install and support all email accounts up to 20.
- We can update all front-end content that you cannot directly manage. We may choose to update those that you can access but cannot update because you are not technologically capable to do so. This aspect of support is limited to the content in place already and not brand new content. We may choose to apply a fee for brand new content.
